A leading e-commerce company in Mexico is seeking an Account Manager to manage key marketplace relationships. You will develop strategies to increase sales and monitor performance metrics. Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key marketplace partners (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
  • Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and optimize listings.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and product to ensure seamless operations and alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, promotions, and advertising opportunities with marketplace representatives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new marketplace expansions.
  • Handle issue resolution related to listings, payments, and customer service to maintain high seller ratings.
  • Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces and their operational dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and marketplace seller platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
