The Marketing Operations Manager (B2B) has experience integrating, optimizing and product-managing marketing technologies and has a passion for operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
Reporting directly to our Head of Client Marketing, the Marketing Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with partners across all departments at Andela with the goal of creating operational excellence‑helping to assure that we get the most out of the technologies, people and processes our teams rely on to be successful
