Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and significant experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in leadership roles. Strong skills in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies are essential. The position is based in Mexicali, Baja California.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-volume production environments.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Develop and execute manufacturing engineering strategies.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
• Oversee design and validation of manufacturing processes.
