Job Title: North America Payroll Senior Manager
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Onsite / Hybrid)
Reports To: AMS Payroll Director
This role leads payroll operations across North America (United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico) with deep expertise in U.S. labor, wage, and taxation laws. The ideal candidate will manage multi-state payroll, deferred compensation, and equity compensation programs, with strong proficiency in ADP GlobalView, advanced Excel and data analysis, and fluency in Spanish and English. Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, the role requires a leader who can ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing vendor relationships and supporting global mobility initiatives.
This is a strategic role beyond payroll processing. You will partner across the organization to drive process improvements, collaborating with HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and external service providers. You will resolve payroll issues, onboard new employees, and provide insights on payroll, tax processing, and policy matters. You will manage recurring assignments while contributing to special projects and addressing complex developments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading payroll teams in dynamic environments, with U.S. and international payroll experience. You should be highly organized, deadline-driven, and motivated to proactively lead operations, support compliance, and champion continuous improvement. A growth mindset, sense of ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit are key traits for thriving in this role.
