Formación

  • 5+ years of DevOps or related experience; at least 3 years focused on AWS.
  • Expertise in EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient AWS infrastructure.
  • Implement best practices for cloud architecture, including cost optimization and high availability.
  • Manage and monitor cloud resources using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
  • Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning to improve efficiency.
  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Prometheus.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices (IAM policies, encryption, vulnerability management).
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Provide mentorship and thought leadership within the DevOps domain.
  • Own and deliver measurable improvements to infrastructure automation or processes.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of DevOps or related experience; at least 3 years focused on AWS.
  • Expertise in EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, Terraform.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar.
  • Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • In‑depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK).
  • Understanding of networking: VPC, VPN, load balancers, firewalls.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Candidate must be based in Mexico.
First 30, 60, 90 Days

First 30 days: Get to know the team, set up your development environment, and learn our tech stack and CI/CD.

First 60 days: Implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and logging. Evaluate existing workflows and propose enhancements. Participate in the DevOps roadmap.

First 90 days: Own a major infrastructure improvement project, drive uptime and reliability, contribute to architecture discussions, mentor teammates, and provide feedback.
