Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen – Delivery Operations
Location: CDMX or Monterrey, Mexico
Expected Start: January / February 2024
Duration: 24 months

Customer Business Support (CBS) is part of Global GTM Operations and reports to Corporate Portfolio and Strategy.

Purpose and Objective of the Position

SAP solutions are the backbone of the most successfully run businesses worldwide. Successful candidates will develop the skills to create, manage and execute a plan that supports an SAP solution with high customer satisfaction.

The Project Operations Young Professional supports senior Project/Portfolio/Program Managers in all aspects of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing using SAP tools and Project Management Methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with time‑entry consolidations and billing reconciliations
  • Coordinate project documentation and project creation in SAP systems
  • Maintain necessary master and transactional data for local and global project reporting
  • Work with consultants and project managers to ensure accurate project reporting
  • Capture project metrics and communicate them to appropriate SAP or customer team members
  • Learn SAP tools and systems through initial training
  • Monitor and control project activities and deliverables using internal and external tracking tools
  • Assist in revenue forecasting
  • Assist in weekly and monthly status reporting
  • Develop processes and templates, and establish document‑control procedures
What You’ll Bring
  • Student or recent graduate from an accredited university in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Business & Engineering, Information Systems (Technology), Computer Science, Analytics or a related degree.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience.
  • Prior educational or work experience involving project coordination and collaborative work.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Self‑starter, results‑oriented, and willing to take on leadership roles as needed.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and function effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines.
  • Quick learner who can apply new knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and follow‑through skills.
