The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen –Business OperationsServices

Expected Start: January 2026*

Duration: 24 Months

We are a diverse, transparent, and passionate collaboration team with the goal of driving value to sales organization through Proposal Management processes.

The team supports all market units in the Americas Region, including Latin America, so be prepared to collaborate and learn from different cultures and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Information Modeling: multidimensional and relation data analysis.
• Generations of analytic reports.
• Data mapping and daily routine execution.
• Process automation. (Data extraction, formatting, calculations, consolidations, use and generation of macros)
• Data validation: content verification, development of controls that will grant integrity of information.
• General support on everyday business activities such planning and reporting.
• Supporting main processes and tools: forecasts, partner follow up, performance reports, Invoicing, consulting projects and premium contract operations support.

• Recent Graduate of business, accounting, engineering, economics, computer sciences, software, or any other business-related subject.
• Good knowledge of English/Spanish
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, principally advance Excel knowledge, AFO (analytics for office) and PowerBI, desirable.
• High level of motivation, reliable, disciplined, able to efficiently work under pressure, adaptable to constant change, and learning new tools.
• Ability and interest to work independently.
