Support Lead Engineer - Remote in Guadalara

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Support Lead Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud and advanced technical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, a team player, and can demonstrate empathy in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Level 2/Level 3 Support incidents.
  • Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business requirements.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing the team’s performance and making key decisions.
  • Develop and implement tailored Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Keep updated on industry trends to drive innovative practices within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, LWC, APEX, Flows, and GITHUB.
  • Knowledge of integration with SOAP and REST APIs, and familiarity with JavaScript, LWR Framework, and Lightning Communities is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in both Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with multiple teams for impactful decision-making.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required C1- C2.
  • Proactivity, teamwork, empathy, responsibility, and commitment

Additional Requirements:

  • Reside in Monterrey, Guadalajara,Coahuila or Mexico City

Location, the candidates must reside in these areas:

  • Remote work from Mexico in Guadalajara,
  • Hybrid work in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Coahuila.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
