A global digital agency is seeking a Project Manager in Xico, Veracruz. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Growth in managing new client projects, showcasing their organizational skills and project management expertise. Applicants should have over 3 years of experience in a marketing/agency setting, be fluent in Spanish and possess professional proficiency in English. Role & Responsibilities

• In this position, you'll support the Director of Growth in screening, prioritizing and winning new clients for the agency, ensuring the new business pipeline is kept up to date at all times.
• As the link between idea and execution, you work in close collaboration with our clients to set up new projects responding to client briefs and RFPs — co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals.
• Your role is to bring all of our in-house talents and teams together and make sure great pitches are produced within Mexico and (at times) with other offices around the world.
• We have periods when multiple pitches are happening at the same time, with each one having different objectives and talent working on them.
• Your role is to ensure the resourcing allocation is set appropriately, timelines and checkpoints are mapped out correctly, all leading to a successful pitch delivery plan.
• You'll help to scope and quote the work in coordination with our different capabilities teams, establishing what gets done and when to make sure projects are profitable and doable.
• You'll work with our local Director of Growth to manage prospects in our CRM, executing and supporting various projects to move leads into and through the pipeline.
• You'll support, coordinate and communicate on Scope of Work and Contract processes, reviewing and ensuring all of our services and rates are reflected correctly.

These may be new clients or existing clients.

Requirements

• For this position, we're looking for Project Management talent with 3+ years of experience working within a marketing department or agency.
• You're fluent in Spanish and have a professional working proficiency in English.
• You have a keen understanding of what is needed to make digital projects come about.
• You're a natural hustler, quick to learn and eager to succeed.
• In short, we need a true-born team player who can successfully work across teams, time zones and technologies.
• Experience scoping projects, providing realistic timings and resource estimates for new projects in collaboration with other producers and Subject Matter Experts.
