Formación

  • Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop personnel - by providing coaching, One-on-one, follow-up, skill-up sessions, roleplays, and real-time feedback sessions.
  • Manage pipeline - Understanding the sale, getting involved in the details of the operation with consistent follow-up, and finding different ways to bring the deal home.
  • Takeover calls- When needed, the manager needs to have the ability to close/2nd voice deals. Understanding of the sale and how to make situations work for both the merchant and the company.
  • Goal-oriented individual with a high priority on daily, weekly/monthly results.
  • Live and 1:1 coaching - weekly scheduled coaching sessions that add value to the team member and overall development.
  • Motivate and Energize the team - Run team huddles, find different ways to motivate, and build excitement.
  • Weekly 1:1's with sales personnel
  • Implement Performance Improvement Plans
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience
  • Advanced English (Fully bilingual)
  • Call Center experience
