A global leader in clinical research services is looking for a candidate in Mexico City to provide hands-on support for opportunity management within the GTM team. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and knowledge of clinical research, with strong analytical and project management skills. This role requires fluency in English and offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse international teams.
Job overview
Provide hands-on support for successful opportunity management within the growing IQVIA Cronos Rater Services GTM team.
Cronos is part of the Applied Patient Experience Solutions team (APEx) within IQVIA Patient Centered Solutions (PCS). PCS partners with clients to help design and execute clinical trials centered around patients as well as products. They provide solutions that measure, analyze, and improve patient experience in trials, and support drug regulatory approval.
Key functions
Support triage process with initial report review, monitoring of mailbox and information collation and status updates for CNS opportunities; acting as deputy to triage lead
Coordinate Cronos opportunity BD strategy calls
Ensure GTM team have right information for, and deliver, quality proposals on time, assisting with content where required/applicable to aid completion
Enforce and maintain proposal library to increase GTM knowledge base of indications and COA nuances in collaboration with Cronos GTM team, Scale Management lead and (GBO proposals team) to help inform content for proposals and tracking of existing opportunities and pricing
Coordinate change order log and drive assignment and development of supporting budget, proposal and contracting process liaising with required teams through to completion
Regularly review market analysis of drug and study pipeline for potential high priority compounds/companies to inform CI feeds and targeting activity
Support GTM team strengthening collaborations with IQVIA stakeholder teams and coordination of meetings, updates, collateral etc
Support with maintenance of sales pipeline updates on Salesforce and reporting
Assist with evolution of triage/opportunity trackers to ensure scalable and easy to maintain
Assist with building processes and collateral for additional services as we scale
Work with GTM and Operations teams to ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to for effective handover of won projects to facilitate a smooth start up.
Skills and qualifications
Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g. Biology, Psychology, Pharmacy, Business Administration or other related field)
Knowledge of IQVIA and clinical research industry preferred
Interest in CNS disorders and awareness of clinician administered outcome assessments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce (preferred)
Fluency communication in English - the role will be conducted in English and working with colleagues/sectors worldwide
Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, organizational and customer service skills
Experience in meeting facilitation, presentation, and training
Ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment
Be proactive and work well as part of a team and be flexible to changing needs of rapidly expanding business.
