We are looking for a high-energy, hunter sales leader to drive for an innovative company operating at the intersection of Healthcare, Technology, and AI-driven solutions for professionals and organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy across key countries in LATAM, identifying opportunities and defining market-entry priorities.
  • Open and develop new business with large hospitals, healthcare groups, private networks, and insurance companies.
  • Build and scale the regional sales organisation, including hiring, mentoring, and developing future team members.
  • Establish strong relationships with C-level executives, department leaders, technical decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Create and maintain a structured, high-quality sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting for leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored value propositions for each market.
  • Ensure successful participation in industry events, strategic presentations, and high-impact client meetings.
  • Provide continuous market insights (competition, pricing, trends, regulatory factors) to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales within HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, insurance, or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience entering new markets, launching GTM strategies, or building business from scratch.
  • Experience working with hospitals, insurance providers, healthcare systems, or large corporate buyers.
  • Hunter mentality: strong ability to open doors, engage senior stakeholders, and close complex deals.
  • Product-oriented mindset, capable of explaining and positioning technology-driven solutions.
  • Previous experience leading or scaling teams is highly valued.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated to build and grow a region with full ownership.
  • Ability to shape the regional go-to-market strategy and build a high-performing team.
