A recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote position. Mo Better Entertainment (MBE) provides music educational fitness and cultural programming to senior living communities across the Mid‑Atlantic region. We currently serve 200 communities and are scaling toward major multi‑state expansion. Our mission is to enrich the lives of older adults through high‑quality reliable and joyful experiences. We are growing rapidly and building a high‑performing sales team to support our expansion to $5M annual revenue.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking sales appointments for our senior‑level sales team. This is a high‑activity outreach role focused on contacting Activity Directors, Executive Directors and regional leadership within senior living communities. You will be the first point of contact shaping the impression prospects have of MBE and playing a key role in expanding our reach across new states and communities.
