About the Role: Position summary & Main tasks/activities
We act as the second line of defense—ensuring that first-line teams proactively identify key risks and implement effective controls to prevent major incidents. As Risk Analyst LatAm, you will support the Risk Management function in identifying, monitoring, and reporting risks across the region. You will contribute to maintaining a strong control environment and promoting risk culture through analysis, reporting, and collaboration. This role also offers exposure to Life & Health Risk Management topics as part of the MU Latin America scope.
About the Team
The role sits within the Risk Management function for Latin America, embedded in a dynamic and collaborative team that supports both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Reinsurance. The team partners closely with business leaders, governance functions, and Group Risk to ensure a robust risk culture and effective control environment across the region. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and plays a key role in shaping risk awareness and operational resilience.
