A luxury resort in Mexico is seeking a Restaurant Chef to drive culinary experiences and oversee kitchen operations. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to enhance the brand through prestigious culinary offerings while ensuring high service standards. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef with a passion for creating exciting dishes. Full flexibility with scheduling is required.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned restaurants/catering.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays with a varied schedule.

Responsabilidades

  • Set daily operations direction and develop creative culinary proposals.
  • Assist with menu development and maintain dish preparation standards.
  • Order and receive products while managing vendors.
