You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to enhance the brand through prestigious culinary offerings while ensuring high service standards. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef with a passion for creating exciting dishes. Full flexibility with scheduling is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned restaurants/catering.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays with a varied schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Set daily operations direction and develop creative culinary proposals.
• Assist with menu development and maintain dish preparation standards.
• Order and receive products while managing vendors.
