A luxury resort in Bucerias, Nayarit, is seeking a Restaurant Chef to enhance the culinary brand of the establishment. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Executive Chef on operational direction and menu development, ensuring high service standards, and managing kitchen performance. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in renowned restaurants and have a passion for culinary excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• Minimum 3 culinary experience in renowned established restaurants and/or catering companies.
• Knowledge of kitchen food safety.
• Verbal Spanish & English (medium).

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Executive Chef in setting the direction of operations.
• Assist with menu development and maintain recipes.
• Order and receive products from vendors.
• Coordinate training activities for kitchen and front-of-house associates.
