Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator! We're seeking a skilled communicator passionate about customer service to build and maintain great relationships with our residents.
You’ll be the go-to point of contact for our residents collaborating with our other departments to help deliver a great customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as dedication to providing top‑notch customer service and getting great results.
Resident Communication: oversee all resident communication efforts, including managing rent delinquency cases, renewals, and other resident‑related concerns across the designated portfolios.
As the main point of contact for residents, your role is to respond promptly to their inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests via telephone, email, and text.
One of the best parts of your job is developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.
You’ll be working closely with the management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and that resident issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Exciting starting salary range of $8‑$8 USD per hour with ample opportunities for growth within the company. This is a remote position requiring full‑time availability. While we do not offer part‑time positions, the benefits of being a full‑time team member are significant.
