Una empresa en el sector de recubrimientos busca un representante de ventas para alcanzar objetivos comerciales en Tultitlán, México. El rol implica la gestión de clientes, la detección de mercado y el crecimiento de la cartera. Se requiere de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas, disponibilidad para trabajo de campo, y habilidades intermedias en inglés. • Deseable experiencia en la industria de Refinish/Repintado.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo de campo al 100%.
• Inglés intermedio es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Detectar y abrir nuevos clientes distribuidores.
• Gestionar clientes existentes y realizar seguimiento de planes comerciales.
• Controlar la facturación y cobranza.
• Conciliar cuentas diarias con los clientes.

Descripción del empleo

El propósito fundamental del rol es cumplir con el objetivo de Ventas y Cobranza asignado a su zona a través de las visitas a clientes, el servicio a los mismos y el crecimiento de cartera.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Detección de mercado, evaluación y apertura de clientes distribuidores en su zona.
• Gestión de Clientes existentes: Elaboración y seguimiento mensual de Planes Comerciales de Ventas con el distribuidor
• Retroalimentar al cliente sobre los resultados mensuales de cada plan de trabajo.
• Plantear, coordinar y asegurar las modificaciones necesarias para que cada plan comercial resulte exitoso.
• Manejo, administración y control de Facturación y cobranza
• Conciliación diaria de la cuenta corriente con el cliente.

Requisitos

• 3 años a 5 años en experiencia comercial/ mercadotecnia.
• (Deseable venir de la industria de Refinish/ Repintado)
• Experiencia en indicadores financieros, seguimiento a compromisos comerciales y atención a clientes
• Disponibilidad 100% en campo.
• Inglés intermedio
• Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluída.
