A technology solutions provider located in Mexico City is seeking a Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of time and expense processes, and preferred familiarity with Replicon. Formación

• 3+ years in a Functional/Technical Consultant role with WFM/HCM platforms.
• Authorized to work in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.
• Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).
• Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
