An innovative technology company is seeking a Sr. Billing & Collections Specialist to manage collections for MSP/Partner accounts. This remote role requires strong analytical and communication skills while effectively managing a high-volume billing portfolio. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or significant experience in billing/collections. Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is preferred. The position operates within a dynamic team and supports efforts across various operational areas.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in billing or collections can substitute for educational requirement.
• Experience with high invoice volume and documented successes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an MSP / Partner collections portfolio for timely collection of payments.
• Post daily customer payments by recording transactions.
• Effectively communicate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
