Formación

• 3+ years of customer service experience and ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
• Practical experience in summarizing and optimizing SOPs.
• Native English speaking, writing and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review inbound seller applications for completeness and quality.
• Respond to seller application status inquiries across different channels.
• Perform outbound calls to convert applicants into active sellers.
