Formación

• Experience assisting customers with onboarding processes and related tasks.
• Proficient in managing customer service inquiries.
• Capable of troubleshooting technology issues independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with onboarding activities for customers.
• Manage customer service questions and inquiries.
• Write Knowledge Base articles for common questions.

Conocimientos

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online

Excellent English speaking and writing skills
