A reputable accounting firm in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced professional to handle tenant accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing disbursements, and managing vendor invoices. Applicants should have at least 2 years of accounting experience and be proficient in bookkeeping software like QuickBooks. Strong analytical skills and excellent command of English are also required for this role. The position offers a salary range of $19 - $24 per month, depending on experience.

Formación

• 2 years of accounting experience is required.
• Proficient in bookkeeping programs and related property management software.
• QuickBooks certification is preferred.
• Excellent English both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of tenant monthly rents due.
• Enter and review vendor invoices.
• Process monthly Owner disbursements in the accounting software.
• Post bank deposits to accounts.
• Prepare yearly financial reports.
• Assist with account reconciliations.
• Perform necessary analytical projects.
