This remote role requires experience with Medicare or Medicaid, excellent English communication, and a drive to succeed. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, and able to handle a high volume of calls, making over 150 dials daily. Competitive compensation includes paid training and bonuses based on performance. The position is preferred to be based in Tijuana, B.C.

Formación

• Experience working with insurance populations preferred.
• Ability to make 150+ dials per day.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to patients and pharmacies.
• Interact with patients, doctors, and pharmacies.
• Provide support as a call center patient advocate.

Conocimientos

Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy insurance

Excellent English verbal and written communication

Outgoing personality and confidence
