A leading staffing agency is seeking a Remote Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative based in Latin America. This role involves fielding calls for scheduling dental practice appointments and requires prior sales experience. Ideal candidates should possess strong English communication skills, be familiar with customer service, and have a high school diploma. The position offers a monthly salary of $1,500 plus commission. Candidates are expected to manage calls and assist with patient bookings effectively while adapting to the CRM system.

Job Title: Remote Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 USD/month + $25 per close (average of 4-8 closes a month)

Schedule: 40hrs/week during business hours Monday - Saturday 12:30pm - 9:00pm Pacific Time

Job Overview

We are looking for someone to make outbound and inbound calls on behalf of the dental practice. The position will listen to the patient’s condition and schedule them into the dental practice. They MUST have a sales background. Having dental experience or background is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Field inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat to schedule patient appointments.
  • Address client questions and concerns and handle objections
  • Effectively schedule in patients for dental implant consultations at a high clip
  • Effectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflows
  • Familiarize yourself with our working script and your assigned locations
  • Book and manage appointments for our clients
  • Respond to leads inside of our CRM
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales is required
  • Knowledge of the dental industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
  • Prior call agent experience is a plus!
  • Applicants must have strong English reading, writing skills.
  • Prior phone/chat/email customer support experience is required.
  • Ability to learn new technology & software quickly
  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Strong confidence in handling objections
  • Knowledge of Insurance, HIPAA Compliance, and Med/Dental Financing Options a plus!
  • Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANA
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and care
