This role involves leading a globally distributed team while managing software engineering processes and product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python and C++, experience in agile environments, and a passion for mentoring and developing engineers. This position offers the chance to work from home with some global travel.

Formación

• Experience operating scale out storage clusters on Linux.
• Background in software engineering, preferably with Python and C++.
• Knowledgeable about software development and passionate about it.
