In this role, you will design automations using HubSpot and Zapier, and deploy AI tooling to streamline processes. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience with HubSpot, a background in Artificial Intelligence, and a familiarity with SaaS environments. Formación

• 2+ years of work experience with HubSpot.
• 1+ years of work experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or operations automation is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain automations using Zapier and HubSpot.
• Identify and automate inefficiencies in operations.
• Build AI workflows for productivity and client processes.
• Ensure data consistency across systems.

Conocimientos

Experience with HubSpot

Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Fillout, etc.)

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)

Ability to create SOPs and automation maps

Strong problem-solving skills
