Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering team leadership.
• Experience with automated equipment including packaging machinery and conveyor systems.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engineering team and mentor direct reports.
• Work with site Safety and Environmental departments to ensure compliance.
• Implement standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a focus on preventative maintenance programs.
