Recruitment Specialist - Mexico City (Hybrid)

Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist for Umbrella BPO in Mexico City, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a talented local team to support our growing client needs. Your expertise in local recruitment practices and understanding of the Mexico City job market will be essential to our success. This hybrid role requires someone who is passionate about sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, while fostering a strong employer brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute localized recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Market Expertise:

  • Leverage your knowledge of the Mexico City job market to identify effective hiring channels and platforms.
  • Provide insights into salary benchmarks, labor market trends, and competitive hiring practices in the region.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and team leads to provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Employer Branding:

  • Represent Umbrella BPO at local job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings to enhance our employer brand.
  • Develop strategies to position Umbrella BPO as an employer of choice in Mexico City.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Respond to shifting recruitment needs and prioritize roles based on urgency and business impact.
  • Stay updated on local hiring trends and innovations to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Mexico City job market.
  • Proven ability to recruit at scale, especially for roles in customer support and other BPO functions.
  • Strong knowledge of local hiring channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (preferred).
