Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the strategy for tech transfer projects, dossier upgrades, and contract manufacturing operations.
• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives including product launches, process optimization and tech transfer activities.
• Chair cross‑functional governance committees across R&D, Technical Assistance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
• Manage the enterprise risk register for strategic projects, providing proactive mitigation plans to executive leadership.
• Build, develop, and lead high‑performing teams (direct and matrix).
• Prepare high‑level executive presentations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with third‑party manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and digital PM tools.
