The ideal candidate will have been involved in large-scale transformation initiatives and possess deep domain knowledge to bridge business and technology teams in an agile environment. This role includes responsibilities for requirements elaboration, documentation, and support during the implementation phase.

Formación

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in insurance, especially Commercial Property Insurance.
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate requirements for assigned features.
• Document requirements with business SMEs.
• Support development team during implementation.
• Participate in Sprint Review Meetings.
• Conduct post implementation checkouts and provide BA sign-off.
• Support business users during testing and training.

Conocimientos

Advanced English communication skills

Business Analyst experience in Insurance Domain
