Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, installation, and commissioning personnel
• Maintain direct communication with the client to track progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and action plans
• Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and client requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field)
• 2-4 years of experience in project management within automation, robotics, or industrial systems
• Familiarity with automation technologies (PLCs, robotics, control systems)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Gantt charts)
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, or similar)
• Experience working with automation platforms
• Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety protocols
