The Opportunity
We are looking for a Programmatic Media Lead to lead the operational execution of in‑house media buying across North America.
In this role, you will ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, budgets are managed effectively, and media performance meets business goals.
You will provide strategic oversight of day‑to‑day operations, guide the in‑house team, and uphold governance, compliance, and quality standards.
Your Impact As a Programmatic Media Lead, you will : Lead the execution of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Set operational standards and processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance across all campaigns. Champion automation and advanced tools to improve media effectiveness and deliver stronger return on investment. Safeguard media investments by enforcing governance, compliance, and risk management practices. Own financial stewardship, managing budgets and optimizing spend to achieve measurable business results. Develop and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering growth, engagement, and operational excellence. Influence cross‑functional strategies, partnering with brand, marketing, finance, procurement, and legal teams to align media execution with business goals. Represent in‑house media operations at senior forums, providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership on performance and risk.
