A global digital services company in Mexico City is seeking an HR Specialist to drive HR excellence and manage employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Workday, ensuring compliance and data integrity in HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and improve employee experience through digital tools.

Formación

Overview

JOB PURPOSE: In this role, you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem-solving mentality and operational focus. Hub HR Specialists collaborate across regional hubs with specific HR business partners, managing data across geographies. They proactively plan and manage key points in the year, ensuring accurate data entry, flagging issues, and promptly resolving problems, along with timely and accurate document processing. This role will support the HR processes in the Americas, ensuring legal compliance, and rigorous adherence to timings and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), including accurate data entry, documentation, and timely processing.
  • Generate business letters using Adobe Sign and Workday-integrated workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and secure documentation within People Systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Manage approvals and authorizations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks, especially during key cycles like the Annual Performance Review (APR).
  • Oversee data management, reporting, and probation administration.
  • Handle absence and time-off requests in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support international assignees by coordinating required documentation for immigration and relocation.
  • Promote adoption of Self-Service tools to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy in all HR transactions.

Experiences & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, demonstrating proficiency in navigating and managing HR data and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and processes, with practical experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.
  • Manage end-to-end HR procedures, including data management, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
