We are looking for

Process Engineer

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Requirements

• Education: Industrial, automotive or similar engineering.
• 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Advanced English
• Good knowledge of Automotive Engineering standards, processes, and requirements.

Your tasks:

• Define and standardize process parameters to ensure objectives and meet customer requirements.
• Develop production methods, design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes, including optimization of workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
• Review, generate, and update standard operating documents (FMEA, process sheets, work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.
• Generate capacity and standardized work sheets.
• Perform line balancing according to customer requirements (takt time).
• Project management, coordinate process improvement projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Work within strict deadlines with full ownership of the individual assigned responsibility.
