This remote position demands proven experience in managing ad campaigns and executing data tracking strategies using GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Formación

Location: Remote – (LATAM or CEE preferred)

Salary Range: USD / month

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (EST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing & Funnel Operations Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of our full-funnel acquisition infrastructure. This role is focused on implementation and operational excellence—ensuring paid media channels are structured correctly, tracking and events are properly configured, and funnel data is accurate and reliable.

While the role contributes to CRO execution and experimentation, strategic interpretation and high-level growth direction are supported by the internal marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Structure accounts, campaigns, and audiences to support efficient scaling and CPA optimization.
  • Set up, validate, and maintain tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Define, implement, and test key conversion events across the funnel (forms, calls, bookings, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reporting tools.
  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for paid media and funnel performance.
  • Support CRO execution, including test setup, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries with clear observations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team on funnel improvements and experimentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven hands‑on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong executional knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (event setup, validation, troubleshooting).
  • Experience supporting CRO initiatives and A/B testing implementation.
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality and performance accuracy.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing and growth teams.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with call tracking and lead quality monitoring.
  • Familiarity with attribution concepts and multi-channel performance analysis.
  • Background working in performance-driven or growth-stage environments.
