A leading international home furnishing company is seeking a Payroll and HR Manager in Mexico City to support and advise on payroll and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR management, strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Formación

  • 2 – 4 years of Payroll & HR management experience.
  • Good understanding of work passes and taxation matters.
  • Able to apply relevant HR solutions to business needs.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with legislation.
  • Monitor misuse of payroll systems and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Provide support and advice on Payroll & HR policies.
