A dental clinic in Tijuana is seeking a Clinic Field Sales & Patient Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for patients. Responsibilities include managing patient logistics, handling inquiries, and liaising with the Istanbul headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient coordination and customer service, along with strong communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Know About the Opportunity:

Position: Clinic Field Sales & Patient Coordinator.

Duty Location: New City Medical Plaza, Tijuana, Mexico

Key Tasks and Responsivities:
  • Serves as the primary contact between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication, accurate interpretation, and continuous support throughout treatment.
  • Responds promptly to patient inquiries, requests, and complaints, addressing dissatisfied patients professionally and ensuring a positive overall experience.
  • Manages patient logistics, including hotel bookings, transportation to and from the clinic, and flight arrangements, while keeping the office team updated on confirmed or pending travel plans.
  • Acts as the liaison between the clinic and the Istanbul headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and alignment in daily operational matters.
  • Performs treatment-related upsells inside the clinic by explaining suitable additional procedures, ensuring patient understanding, and supporting revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in patient coordination, customer service, hospitality, or a medical/clinic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage logistics such as hotel bookings, transportation, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with upselling or explaining treatment options to patients is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
