Formación

Position Teads is seeking an energetic and data-obsessed Partner Manager to grow our Global Growth Publishers Hub business.

You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, identify opportunities and execute at scale. The ideal candidate is client-service focused, with prior customer success experience (preferably in ad tech), analytical, data-driven, a problem-solver who works well independently and in a team. You should use your skills creatively to tailor solutions that accelerate and grow accounts and the network. What will you do?
  • Manage and grow dedicated publisher accounts
  • Handle all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance, including technical setup, monitoring, analysis, upselling and retention to help clients and Teads reach objectives
  • Collaborate with the business development team to onboard new publishers and proactively identify and implement optimization opportunities, including contract renewals and amendments
  • Work closely with Technical, Product, and other internal teams to build processes that increase efficiency and scale
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Teads portfolio of products and tailor each client solution accordingly
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the digital media / Ad tech industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to monitor, identify and present performance metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to derive valuable insights and recommendations
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn Teads' system to assist clients with support issues
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, with strong time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft / Google applications, especially Excel / Google Sheets
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage
