Partner Contract & Onboarding Specialist This role has been designed as onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end partner contract lifecycle and onboarding process. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between partners and internal stakeholders—including the Channel team, Business Units (BU), PAOMS, DBMs, and PBMs—ensuring smooth engagement, clear guidance, and timely completion of all onboarding and contract-related activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in stakeholder management, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner contracts: initiation, drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment, inactivation, and termination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and partner program guidelines.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and related documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Coordinate onboarding activities including system setup, access provisioning, training, and documentation delivery.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to operate effectively.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of all steps.

Offboarding & Termination

  • Manage partner offboarding processes including system deactivation, contract closure, and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication of termination decisions and actions.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure risk mitigation and proper record-keeping.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams (Channel, BU, PAOMS, DBMs, PBMs).
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communications to align on contract and onboarding activities.
  • Resolve escalations related to contracts, onboarding, or system issues in a timely and professional manner.

Escalation Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to partner contracts, onboarding delays, system issues, or compliance concerns.
  • Assess the nature and urgency of escalations, ensuring appropriate prioritization and resolution pathways.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Channel, and Operations teams to investigate and resolve complex contract-related issues.
  • Maintain a structured escalation framework, including documentation of escalation triggers, resolution timelines, and communication protocols.
  • Track and analyze escalation trends to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the escalation lifecycle.
  • Provide post-resolution feedback and support to impacted partners and internal teams to rebuild trust and ensure continuity.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Continuously improve contract and onboarding processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs, compliance, and operational efficiency.
About You
  • Proven experience in contract management, partner onboarding, or channel operations.
  • Strong case management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce), contract management systems, and other business applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and contract structures is a plus.
