Formación

• Basic understanding of the fundamental of network, server, and desktop administration.
• Ability to perform general office requirements with or without accommodations.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots Level 1 problems encountered with personal computers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telephone/email/chat support for desktops and peripherals.
• Acknowledge receipt of users' requests within service levels.
• Initiate service orders and assist users with relevant information.
