You will lead the end-to-end people agenda for GBS Mexico, combining strategic HR leadership with hands‑on operational delivery. You will develop HR strategy and policies, partner with business leaders on recruitment, talent development and employee relations, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and collaborate with global HR stakeholders across the USA, India and Denmark.
