Scope: Full-time/hybrid | S&C Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX city

We seek a highly skilled and knowledgeable SME Cloud Support Provider (CSP) services to join us. The SME will be crucial in driving CSP initiatives, providing mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate deeply understands CSP processes, subscription management, and Microsoft services, and can efficiently collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize client onboarding, service delivery, and aftersales queries.

How a day-to-day would look like in this role.

  • Provide expert-level consultation on CSP services, including licensing, subscription management, billing, and Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline CSP processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with onboarding managers, account managers, and technical teams to ensure flawless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sophisticated CSP-related queries and provide resolutions promptly.

What we need to see from you

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Language: English (minimum B2).
  • Experience: Knowledge of basic licensing models, understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, customer management, vendor management, or customer support (preferably in the software industry).
  • Technology Skills: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
  • Global Experience: Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Understanding of Microsoft Cloud offerings and subscription models.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft CSP tools and platforms (e.g., Partner Center, Azure, Office 365, CRM).
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
