The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of project management experience, and proficiency with tools like MS Project. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close manufacturing projects involving products.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure the products are manufacturable and meet regulatory standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage project budgets.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with Mx codes and safety protocols.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status and KPIs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in engineering management or business preferably
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management
• Strong understanding of electronics systems, components, and production processes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards and electrical safety regulation
• English level: Avanced
