Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for follow-up activities for projects involving interaction with various areas of engineering, finance, human resources, maintenance, IT and Project Management.
• Generate Training Material (Guides, Process Flows, Recordings, Presentations) during the implementation of a new digital platform for ETEC.
• Contact point with engineering teams for ticket resolution and requests involving the above mentioned support areas.
• Work on internal communication campaigns related to ETEC strategy and knowledge of each of the vertical.

What Skills You Need

• Advanced English oral and written.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Office.
• Self-management, High level of organization, Teamwork, effective communication, extroversion, negotiation, pressure management, multitasking and influence without authority.
• Basic financial knowledge : Statement of profit or loss, balance sheet, budget and capital management, cost control.
• Internal campaign design and communication skills.
• Knowledge and Operation of equipment such as photo and video cameras, drones, design software.
• Six-sigma and slender manufacturing insights.

Education
