A leading open-source software provider is seeking a Software Engineer – L3 Support. This remote role involves resolving complex issues in Linux-based infrastructure and applications, particularly with Ubuntu, Kubernetes, and OpenStack. Ideal candidates have a strong academic background in Computer Science or STEM, experience with open source software, and programming knowledge in languages such as Python or C++. Formación

  • Exceptional academic track record is required.
  • Experience in Linux and open source software is essential.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.

Responsabilidades

  • Resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu and other software.
  • Maintain working relationships with Canonical’s field and support teams.
  • Participate in upstream communities and develop bug fixes.
