Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-savvy Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding experience for all new hires. You’ll be the first point of contact for new team members on day one and will ensure they have everything they need to succeed—from tools and access to clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Host 1-on-1 onboarding calls with new hires on their first day
  • Ensure contracts are sent, signed, and filed
  • Provide access to internal tools including: Facebook Ads Manager, Creative assets, Training materials
  • Set and communicate clear expectations for the role and company culture
  • Be available to answer early-stage questions and guide them through the first week
  • Coordinate with team leads to align training timelines and responsibilities
  • Track onboarding progress and identify areas to improve the experience
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (clear, professional, personable)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in operations, HR, or admin roles is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Facebook Ads and digital marketing tools preferred
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $1,000 USD - $1,500 USD / month

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19,400.00 - $29,000.00 per month
