The successful candidate will manage union relations, ensure compliance with agreements, and provide strategic advice to management. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in labor relations and intermediate to advanced English proficiency. The position is temporary, requiring full-time on-site work with rotating shifts.

Formación

• Required experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Intermediate–Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with unions and employee retention strategies.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a labor relations representative.

Responsabilidades

• Represent management in union management relationship.
• Advise management on agreements interpretation.
• Maintain records related to labor relations activity.
• Conduct special investigations as required.
