Overview

We are seeking a Nutritionist & Wellness Trainer to join our customer support team for Infrabaldan, an innovative infrared technology device designed to support weight loss and wellness. The successful candidate will work remotely, providing online customer support and professional guidance to clients.

This role requires both technical product knowledge and nutritional/training expertise, ensuring customers receive the best results when using the Infrabaldan device.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote customer support for Infrabaldan clients in English.
• Guide users in integrating Infrabaldan technology into their weight-loss and wellness programs.
• Act as a nutritionist/trainer, offering personalized recommendations where needed.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Based in Mexico, available to work 100% remotely.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written, C1 or above).
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical device industry is a strong plus.
• Prior experience working with infrared or similar devices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
