We’re looking for a Non‑Profit Partnership Manager to build trust‑based relationships with churches, parishes, and religious organizations. In this role, you’ll empower faith leaders to confidently recommend Tending to families in need of memorial care. This is a relationship‑driven, purpose‑led position where your work directly impacts thousands of communities.
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, sales, nonprofit or ministry relations.
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Metrics‑oriented mindset (tracking outreach, conversions, growth).
Strong communication skills with clergy, pastors, parish administrators, and nonprofit leaders.
Warm, trustworthy, and persuasive communication style.
Proactive and self‑driven — able to build a pipeline from scratch.
Familiarity with U.S. religious structures (Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, etc.).
Existing connections within religious communities are a strong plus.
